A wonderfully round, soft and full-flavoured wine with lengthy fine-grain tannins giving structure and complexity. Flavours of fruity spice, chocolate, blackberry and plum carry through onto the lengthy and persistent palate.
Great depth of rich fruit with typical Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics of black cherry, mulberry, aromatic cedar, touches of mint, pepper and earthiness combine with integrated French oak. Intense and complex fruit from the nose follows through
on the palate. A full-bodied wine with a highly structured palate of balanced tannins and a fine acidity produces a wine of great intensity, complexity and length.
A wonderfully luscious combination of cherry and dark stone fruit flavours are in abundance on the palate. The subtle oak undertones add a creaminess to the texture and a succulence to the overall mouthfeel. This, combined with a long finish, make this a wine to savour now or keep for up to 8 years from vintage.
This is a full-bodied wine with a rich depth of dark red fruits and red berry flavours combined with earthy spice and hints of mint. Well, balanced fine grainy tannin adds complexity and a balanced finish with lingering distinctive fruit.
