This delicious wine has been created by Sir Ian from blending parcels sourced from across the South Eastern regions of Australia. This lovely wine has a medium body with delicate and elegant flavours.
The colour of this Pinot Grigio is pale straw-like with gold hues. This wine has all the hallmarks of a classic Pinot Grigio. It has fresh yet delicate notes of pear and apple which are the defining aromas on the nose.
Sir Ian’s Pinot Grigio is zesty and fresh, it has a well-balanced acidity and a good length and finishes.
