A collection of iconic, small parcels of regional wines which Sir Ian has blended in collaboration with some of Australia’s most renowned winemakers.
Sir Ian blended this Barossa Valley Single Vineyard Shiraz with Nick Badrice, Head winemaker at Dorrien Estate in the heart of the Barossa.
The Adelaide Hills Chardonnay was blended in collaboration with Marty Edwards, Head Vigneron at The Lane winery nestled in the Adelaide Hills.
Sir Ian’s Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon was blended with his old mate and winemaking legend, Geoff Merrill.
