All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working day from the date of order, and are sent via either DPD next day service ( Excluding weekends ) or Fedex 48 hour tracked delivery.
Cancellations, Replacements and Refunds
If you buy any of our wine and it is faulty, please see our Quality Guarantee section in our Terms & Conditions.
If you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may also cancel your order up to and including 7 calendar days after the day on which you receive your order. Please return all unwanted goods to the below address:

Once received, we will reimburse the appropriate sum paid excluding delivery costs, within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. However, if you handle the goods whilst they are in your possession in a way which would not be permitted in a shop (for example, by opening a bottle of wine or removing a seal), we will not be able to reimburse the value of the goods.
Please let us know if you wish to cancel an order by contacting our Customer Services team using one of the methods in the “Contact Us” section of our Site. If you are emailing us please include details of your order to help us identify it.
All refunds given will be made by the same payment method you originally used to make payment.
